No. Alongside injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide, we offer two needle-free options: Oral GLP-1 Drops, dosed with a dropper under the tongue, and the Oral GLP-1 Rapid Dissolve Tablet, which melts under the tongue in seconds. Both are physician-prescribed and titrated on the same schedule as the injectable protocol.

Choose an area of care and complete a structured intake. A physician reviews it, and adds a video visit when your care or your state calls for one. If treatment is appropriate, a licensed pharmacy dispenses it and ships it to you.
Yes. A licensed U.S. physician or clinician reads every case, never an algorithm. You'll meet on video when your state requires it or when a conversation will make your plan better.
Your physician follows your symptoms and labs and adjusts the protocol as they move. You can message your care team whenever something changes or something doesn't feel right.

Pricing & eligibility
Every therapy carries a flat price you can see before you start. No membership to browse, no hidden charges, no surprise billing.
Most Zevara plans are HSA and FSA eligible. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
No, and that's deliberate. Working outside insurance keeps pricing visible and keeps clinical decisions between you and your physician. We provide receipts you can submit for reimbursement.
Medications & pharmacy
Licensed U.S. pharmacies, including accredited 503A compounding pharmacies where applicable. Nothing is dispensed without a prescription from your physician.
In plain packaging that protects both your privacy and the medication, with temperature-controlled shipping when a therapy requires it.
Your records are held to the privacy standard of a private clinic. Your data informs your care and nothing else, it is never sold.
